Your Responsibilities

  • Plan, lead and control the sub-projects in the area SAP Digital Factory executed by his team
  • Control, support and motivate people
  • Prioritize tasks together with the business responsible
  • Communication and coordination with central project team and local management
  • Team competence development
  • Fulfill customizing and development requirements in SAP ME, SAP MII, SAP UI5 (Fiori-Apps)
  • Drives improvements in the project management method as well as on the technical side
  • Makes code reviews
  • Creates and ensures standard programming processes and drives reusable solutions

Your Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in leading a developer team
  • Rollout experience
  • Strategic thinking
  • Open, precise, responsible and proactive personality
  • Ability to coach and motivate young developers
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Profound education in business administration and IT (master, bachelor or comparable)
  • Experience in manufacturing execution systems and/or software development (SAPUI5, JavaScript, JQuery, JSON, RESTful Services, MVC design pattern, Java SDK software development)
  • Willingness to travel
  • Experience with scrum methodology is a plus
  • German language is a plus
