Become part of #GENERATIONTK: Once we finish hammering out the details of your contract and the works council has gives its approval, you will receive your employment contract in the mail. In the unfortunate situation that your application was not approved, we promise to let you know as soon as possible. You deserve nothing less.

Your application will be reviewed according to pre-defined criteria and forwarded to the department if the assessment is positive. We will endeavour to give you feedback as quickly as possible. The duration may vary depending on the job advert. As many employees are involved in the decision-making process, it can be difficult to find a date for an interview, for example. We therefore ask for your understanding: even if you have applied early, it may take longer.

The review of your application and the selection process takes some time. There are also fixed entry dates for various areas. You should therefore always apply as early as possible. As long as the position is advertised, you can apply for it.

A contact person is usually named in the job advertisements. If there is not, please address your application to the HR department of the company you would like to apply to. If in doubt, our employees will be happy to help you in a short phone call.

A good application consists of a cover letter, CV, current references and certificates (if available). Everything together should give us an impression of your professional and personal qualities.

The most important thing first: Recording a video is completely voluntary. Should you decide to record a video statement, it will give you the opportunity to hand in further personal impressions of you.

As the video application is a voluntary addition to your application, you will not face any disadvantages if you do not submit a video. Also you have the possibility to answer the corresponding questions as free text.

We recommend to not exceed the maximum length of 2-3 minutes. Please see the information in the application form for details.

The maximum size of the file you submit must not exceed 1GB. Valid file formats are all typical formats such as avi, wmv, mp4, mpeg or mov.

Yes. Once you have recorded and uploaded your video, you can watch your recording as many times as you like. If you are not satisfied with your recording, you can easily delete it and record a new video.

Important note: As soon as you have submitted your complete application including your CV and personal details, so does the video.

Your video will not be submitted to us until you click "Submit" at the end of the application process.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. We still need your CV and your personal data. If additional documents and information are required, this is noted in the application form of the corresponding position.
